COMMUNICATIONS
ProSource Development believes that proactive communication is critical to a successful partnership and project. This is why we work diligently to ensure that our employees have the knowledge and tools to practice effective communication and time management. We recognize that everyone’s time is valuable and do our best to ensure your time with us and our time on your project is well spent.
Employee Standards
A common concern in working with offshore resources is a perceived language barrier. ProSource Development alleviates this concern in two ways:
1) All of our developers are fluent in reading, writing and speaking English; regardless of where they are located.
2) All clients and partners are teamed with a local onshore project manager who acts as your liaison between the project management team and our delivery team to ensure communication between teams and that the project remains on schedule and within budget.
Communication Tools
We provide our employees and clients with a number of tools to facilitate round-the-clock customer service, account management, project updates and deliverables.
