This position is responsible for developing and implementing business solutions for our clients using Microsoft SharePoint and related technologies. May also provide developer and user training to communities of business and technical experts capable of utilizing, architecting, deploying, and troubleshooting complex technical solutions. Tight coordination and cooperation with core Microsoft product groups (eg Exchange, OCS, SharePoint, SQL, Windows Directory) is a must, as is building and maintaining effective relationships with various technology and services organizations that leverage Microsoft SharePoint for business solutions.

The position requires an experienced professional with proven leadership skills, great cross-group collaboration capabilities and solid business solutions know-how.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree a must (MBA/Master preferable)
• Microsoft Certified Master (MCM) preferred
• Microsoft Certified Architect (MCA) preferred
• Passion and vision regarding the value of highly trained and certified consultants/architects to drive improved engagements, customer satisfaction, product quality, and adoption of Microsoft Technologies
• Experience in Services delivery is essential
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external groups at the executive level

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Director to become an integral part of our US Sales Team. This outside sales position can be based in any major US city. As a business professional you will work an assigned territory to identify business opportunities, obtain meetings with c-level decision makers, analyze the customer's requirements, close business and maintain customer relationships. Position includes: base salary plus commissions, extraordinary sales and product training, comprehensive benefits and fast-track growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least seven years of proven technology and services sales experience.
• Excellent organizational, canvassing/territory management and closing skills, with a definite focus on customer satisfaction. Strong work ethic, the ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
• Must have strong business knowledge, professional presentation skills, and excellent PC and problem solving abilities.
• A 4-year college degree, preferably in Sales/Marketing or Business Administration is required.
• Preferred industry experience includes multi-channel commerce, manufacturing and/or healthcare.

Responsibility:

• Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) application and implementation.
• Work with consultant team and development team to promote and implement DAX system.
• Involved in sales stage to win the deal.
• Organize and conduct presentation to potential customers.
• Keep update of product development and build attractive vertical solutions.
• Work with marketing department to hold seminars, user meetings or workshops.

• B.S. Degree or above.
• 5+ years ERP and 2+ year DAX implementation experience.
• Good knowledge of business process, experienced in manufacturing environment is preferable.
• Excellent skill of writing, analysis, customer handling, ability to document and extract requirements from observation of customer business process, presentation development expertise.
• Be able to travel in China and the United States.
• Dynamics AX application experience is essential. Be familiar with Financial, Trade & Logistic, Warehouse and Manufacturing modules.
• Have a good knowledge of database.

We are looking for Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) developers with experience developing highly scalable, efficient, and high performance DAX system. Knowledge and background in ERP, CRM, or SCM implementation and customization are required. You must be able to show a track record of technical perspective, solving challenging problems and delivering complex customization projects on schedule with high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Learn Microsoft Dynamics AX system in short period of time.
• Implement Microsoft Dynamics AX projects according to customers' specification.
• Delivering project in timely manner with high quality.
• Work with the project team to complete all the assignments.

• BS degree or above.
• 2+ years experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge in ERP, SCM, CRM or financial software development is required.
• Strong technical skill in Microsoft SQL Server database is required.
• Strong technical skill in programming using .NET, C#, Java or other programming language is required.
• Be able to travel in China and the United States.
• Knowledge of X++ programming experience using MorphX is a plus.
• Be familiar with RUP or Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step is a plus.

Responsible for implementing Dynamics AX implementation projects, including business process consulting, customer interviews, information gathering and developing "as is" and "to be" functional design specifications.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Technology, and 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupations.

Experience must include demonstrated expertise in large-scale Microsoft Dynamics AX functional and system design, customization and implementations including Financials, Trade and Logistics, Production and Programming.

Experience must involve Dynamics AX - ERP Software Consulting for discreet and process manufacturing applications, demonstrated expertise and certification(s) in Dynamics AX.

Responsible for developing, creating and modifying general computer applications software and specialized utility programs. The applicant will analyze user needs, develop software solutions, design and customize the software solution specifically for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. As part of a design team, the applicant will analyze and design databases within the defined application area.

We currently have openings for Dynamics AX Implementers and Consultants. These positions will be based out of our Midwest offices, including Chicago and Indianapolis. Travel will be required at least 75% of the time, with some engagements requiring 100% travel.

A successful candidate will already have at least one Dynamics AX certification and can demonstrate experience in the functional areas of Dynamics AX, and also demonstrate consulting experience in business process analysis, functional design documentation, technical specifications, conducting conference room pilots, user training, user documentation, Dynamics AX implementation and setup, and project management. Technical skills including Dynamics AX programming, file conversions, report writing, AOS installation, and MS SQL database management is a plus.

An undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is required.
