ProSource launches new client support portal as part of our total support plan offering
|
ProSource is pleased to announce the release of our web-based client support portal. The portal allows clients to submit and track their support requests via the web for quick and easy access to the ProSource support team.
ProSource currently offer two levels of support plans; The PreSet Plan and The Freedom Plan. With the Freedom plan clients can choose from blocks of 20, 50 or 100 incidents based upon their level of usage and budget. The Freedom plan provides unlimited support assistance for the highest level of support available. Clients can reach out to the ProSource support team via our toll free number, email and now our online support portal.
